The complex is perfectly positioned on the northern outskirts of town next to Gympie Pines Golf Course which is an 18-hole championship par 70 course with undulating fairways and good tree coverage.

Gympie Pines Fairway Villas offers a friendly, laid back lifestyle, all within minutes of this growing town's business centre and is positioned just off the highway to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Noosa beaches are 40 minutes south, while the historic town of Gympie is the main entrance into Tin Can Bay, Great Sandy National Park and Fraser Island.

Gympie Pines Fairway Villas are situated about two hours north of Brisbane and have been designed to overlook the golf course - no fencing here! Majestic hoop pines, ancient gums and mature natives line the fairways, attracting an abundance of local wildlife.

Our Rooms

3 Bedroom Villa

Three good sized bedrooms all with built-ins, the main with walk-in robe and ensuite. Most have two bedrooms downstairs (one with a queen size bed, the other with a single) opening on to patio. Master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite upstairs and a large balcony off living so you can enjoy the views.

Some three bedrooms have all bedrooms upstairs with a study, main bathroom and walk-in robe and ensuite to master. These have two queen size beds and two singles. Downstairs is living / dining / kitchen and laundry with an additional toilet.

All properties have either a single lock up garage and carport or a double lock-up, plenty of storage space, reverse cycle air conditioning and much more.

4 Bedroom Villa

The four bedroom villas have three downstairs bedrooms with built-in robes. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the other has either one or two single beds. The two rear bedrooms open onto a patio area. The main bathroom, separate toilet with wash basin and laundry are downstairs. Upstairs is the large master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, lounge / dining / kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the fairways.

There is a single lock-up garage and carport.

1 Bedroom Fully Furnished Villa

The one bedroom fully furnished villas have all you need. Downstairs living / kitchen area opening onto a patio overlooking the golf course. There is a single lock up garage with storage and laundry and a toilet with hand basin for your convenience. Upstairs there is a study room with either a desk or sofa bed, spacious bathroom and the master bedroom opens up to a balcony, again with views of the golf course, and has a large built-in wardrobe.

The villa which is perfect for either a single person or couple.

2 Bedroom Fully Furnished Villas

Various style two bedroom fully furnished villas are available, mostly with two queen size beds but some with one queen and two singles. Most have the bedrooms upstairs but some have one upstairs and one downstairs with a study.

Downstairs living, kitchen, laundry with toilet, double lock up garage or single lock up with carport. Living opens on to patio so that you can enjoy the outdoors. Upstairs two bedrooms with a bathroom and ensuite to Master with a walk-in-robe and balcony overlooking either the fairways or the gardens and recreation area.

Where one bedroom is downstairs there is also a study, the living area is upstairs with a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-robe. There is a large balcony off the living area.

2 Bedroom Fully Furnished Apartment

Self-contained apartments on one level. Modern with open plan living and two large bedrooms, ensuite and walk-in-robe to master, built-in wardrobe in second bedroom with a separate main bathroom which has a hide-away laundry and the addition of a dedicated study area. The kitchen has reconstituted stone bench tops with stainless steel appliances. Reverse cycle air conditioning is in the lounge and master bedroom. There is a single lock-up garage with the downstairs apartments with direct internal access and a large undercover patio or double lock up garage for an upstairs apartment with access via a common staircase and a lovely large balcony to sit and enjoy the views which overlook the mountains and golf course.

Nine Mile Reef Dive Site

Snapper Rocks

Snapper Rocks is a small rocky outcrop on the northern side of Point Danger at the southern end of Rainbow Bay on the Gold Coast. Snapper is a point break forming the first part of the man-made Superbank which extends from Snapper Rocks Point, through Rainbow Bay, Greenmount Point, Coolangatta Beach, and Kirra, for a distance of around two kilometres.

Heading into the Currumbin Valley is a little like entering an Aladdin's Cave of adventure. From the coastline, head southwest into another world along Currumbin Creek Road which leads to Tomewin Mountain Road winding up to Tomewin Mountain.

Kirra

There's variations on what the word Kirra actually means, but some believe Queensland Aborigines named it after a boomerang. Which makes sense as Kirra wraps evocatively around the bend separating Coolangatta and Kirra beaches and in front of Kirra Hill.
