Cotton Tree Holiday Park is a family holiday favourite. Located right on the sandy banks of the Maroochy River it provides a whole host of water sport activity such as sailboard riding and sailing. The river also provides the angler with 'all year round' catches of a variety of fish species.

Cotton Tree Holiday Park is walking distance to the patrolled Maroochydore Beach. Fantastic location with great northerly outlook to the Maroochy River and the northern coastline. Next to Olympic pool complex and Cotton Tree shops and restaurants.

Our Rooms

The Deluxe One and Two Bedroom Cabins are fully self contained and airconditioned. The Cabins contain a television with Austar and DVD Player, kitchen facilities and wireless internet.

The Powered Sites all contain water, sullage and power. There is wireless internet and a television at reception. Most of the Powered Sites also contain a concrete slab.

The Unpowered Sites are suitable for tent camping. There is wireless internet and a television available at reception. Contact the operator for further details.
