Seaplane Romantic Picnic

Head off on the ultimate romantic getaway with a picnic lunch on your own secluded tropical island paradise. Enjoy a spectacular scenic seaplane flight over the Gold Coast before arriving at your romantic destination where you can swim, relax and explore in total privacy and enjoy lunch including a gourmet platter of fresh seafood along with chilled champagne.

They offer two different Seaplane romantic picnic packages. The difference between them is as follows;

The Deluxe Picnic;

You are the only passengers on the plane. Much longer flying time via Surfers Paradise. The location can be pre setup if you choose. Extra food specifically tailored to your needs.

The surprise and service are first class and designed to suit your personalities. It is perfect for special occasions if you want a world class product.

On the standard picnic there may be other people on the plane, the flight is shorter and the food is slightly less than the Deluxe.

Food includes, Prawns, Moreton Bay Bugs, oyster, cold meats, fruits, dips, chocolate, champagne, Corona beer, water and soft drink.

They provide table, chairs, beach umbrella, picnic rug and an amazing location.

South Stradbroke Island Day Tours

If your flight is between May and November you might be lucky enough to spot some of the migrating Humpback Whales from above. The waters off the Gold Coast are known as a 'Humpback Highway' meaning these incredible creatures are frequently sited on their way up north to warmer waters.

Coral Gardens Dive Site Mooloolaba

Located on the Inner Gneerings off Mooloolaba, the Coral Gardens are like a small section of the Great Barrier Reef on the Sunshine Coast. Lovely hard and soft corals rule this reef in depths from 10 to 15 metres, with the site topography dominated by a series of gutters.

Murgon

Amid tranquil bush land and diverse farmlands, the historic town of Murgon, settled in 1846, offers a relaxed pace and the perfect base to discover the Barambah Wine Trail. The region is known for the Black-breasted Button-quail and Glossy Black-Cockatoo, but expect to see the likes of the Red-rumped Parrot, Regent Bowerbird, Rainbow Bee-eater, Dollarbird and Spiny-cheeked Honeyeater too.

Maidenwell

Maidenwell is a charming village at the gateway to the Bunya Mountains. Stop in at the quaint country pub for a beer or relax over lunch and a coffee at the Maidenwell Trading Post (home to locally-grown Yalbury Olive products).

Gordonbrook Dam

Gordonbrook Dam is the sole water supply for Kingaroy and a peaceful spot to unwind. Originally built in 1941 as a water supply for the Royal Australian Air Force Training Base during WWII, the dam wall was raised in 1987 to inundate an area of 229 hectares - the dam we have today.

The Palms National Park

Maclagan is a small town located at the foothills of the Bunya Mountains National Park. The town is a close neighbour to Quinalow, perched on Myall Creek. Be sure to explore the network of beautiful bushwalking tracks nearby in the Bunya Mountains National Park.
