The major centre of the region is Tenterfield, surrounded by the villages of Drake, Jennings, Legume, Liston, Torrington and Urbenville - each, as you will discover, with their own unique characteristics.
There's plenty to see and do in the Tenterfield region including Bald Rock National Park - the largest granite monolith in Australia, Boonoo Boonoo Falls, The Tenterfield Saddler, the Tenterfield Railway Station, Sir Henry Parkes School of Arts Museum and Theatre, Mount McKenzie Scenic Drive and Lookout and a number of local award winning wineries.
