Heal Yourself Expo’s are much more than just another new age event, they are a community of healers, teachers, and change makers with a passion to support their communities, and educate people that we have the power to Heal Ourselves and Heal the Planet.

For 2018 they have planned a great line-up of practitioners, speakers and workshops that focus on teaching and showing the general public how they can take control of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

They will continue their line up of entertainment and a Kids Zone so that parents can be free to explore and attend the speakers and workshops.

So with soaring health costs, and the increased pressure on families for time, money and uncertainty the increased stress it places on everyone’s health, it is even more important that they assist people to take some personal responsibility and rediscover the ways of self-healing.
