A Camera on Gallipoli Exhibition

Longreach, Longreach Area

Join them for a free morning tea to launch this moving exhibition.

This photographic exhibition features a unique series of photographs taken on Gallipoli by Charles Ryan while serving as a senior medical officer in the Australian Imperial Force in World War One. The exhibition was curated and made available in a digital format by the Australian War Memorial. Funding from the Queensland Anzac Centenary Grants program enabled the Tambo Arts Council Inc. to have the exhibition printed to exhibit in the Grassland Art Gallery. The Tambo Arts Council has now made this exhibition available to other regional communities.

This Exhibition is on display from 6 November 2017 to 19 January 2018.
