There are pristine regional parks beside the Logan River, walking and cycling trails through wetlands and bushland, and the expansive Daisy Hill Koala Conservation Area (including the Daisy Hill Koala Centre). There are many places along the Logan and Albert Rivers to fish by pontoon, or to launch your own tinnie or jet ski.

For more the more adventurous, there's go-kart racing at Kingston Park Raceway, cable skiing and wake-boarding at bayside Aqua in Carbrook and indoor rock climbing at Cornubia.

Logan is a vibrant and culturally diverse city, offering unique experiences from meditation at traditional Buddhist temples, to bustling Sunday markets packed with produce from Asia, Africa and Europe. The city is also rich in history, which can be best experienced at Mayes Cottage in Kingston, Logan Village and the Beenleigh Historical Village and Museum.

The eastern suburbs are popular shopping destination, with mega homemaker centres easily accessible from the Pacific Motorway (M1).

Logan City is only 35 minutes from Brisbane City and the Gold Coast. It is most easily accessed by car, but is also well serviced by trains and buses.
