A decadent degustation dinner with guest winemakers will kick off this year’s Sanctuary Cove Winter Wine Festival. The Winemaker’s Dinner will be held on at The Grange, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort .
The ticketed event will see guests treated to an indulgent evening exploring the finer things in life as a six-course menu is matched with the finest champagne and wines for an elaborate dining experience.
Guests will have the unique opportunity to enjoy six wines from six different wineries from around the world and hear the stories from their makers.
Wineries being showcased on the night include Pierre Gimonnet from Champagne, Lawson's Dry Hill from New Zealand, Howard Vineyard from Adelaide Hills, Mandala from the Yarra Valley, St Hallett from the Barossa Valley and Smidge Wines from Rutherglen.
The wines are the hero of the night with The Grange’s Executive Chef Matt Hart designing a menu to take guests on a culinary journey to complement each wine.
The Winemaker’s Dinner will kick off a weekend of wine appreciation events in conjunction with the Winter Wine Festival held at Sanctuary Cove in the last weekend of July.
