Join them for a great evening with a four course degustation dinner prepared by the Chefs at Jamworks, featuring matching wines from Pyramids Road Wines. Bookings are essential as places are limited.
1st course: seared scallops with honey garlic chorizo and salsa verde served with 2018 Verdelho and 2014 Verdelho.
2nd course: lamb cutlet stuffed with olive tapenade served with sweet potato puree and matched with 2016 Shiraz and 2010 Shiraz.
3rd course: eye filled (medium rare), roast leek, roast potatoes, beetroot chips, pumpkin mash, asparagus and red wine jus served with 2015 Cabernet and 2010 Cabernet.
4th course: layered chocolate pavlova laced with pistachios and Turkish delight served with Mistella.
