All things B-eautiful

All things B-eautiful

The easiest, most accessible yet possibly the most beautiful of their half-day walks, this relatively flat track leads you past glimpses of the coastline and through coastal forest and scrub filled with birds and butterflies.

Before you know it you'll be stepping off the track and onto the sun-filled Coral Beach. This secret, secluded beach will take your breath away with its abundance of white coral, rugged, tree-lined shores and sparkling turquoise waters complete with views out to the Whitsunday Islands.

Here, you can chose to relax and explore the beach or carry on the additional 20 minutes up to The Beak lookout for a panoramic view of the Whitsunday Islands before returning to the beach for a rest prior to walking the return trip back to the carpark.

During this tour they'll also drive to a great lookout for a photo opportunity of the original port of Airlie, Shute Harbour and will refuel with an Aussie barbecue for lunch.

Starting at Sunrise

Starting at Sunrise

Start your day right - hike. breakfast. relax.

There's no better way to start your day than with a healthy, tasty, well-earned breakfast after a morning hike - all while enjoying the best views of the Whitsundays that Airlie Beach has to offer!

You'll leave Airlie Beach bright and early and start the walk up through the forest stopping to catch your breath and enjoy views out over Airlie Beach and Cannonvale along the way.
Once you reach the peak you will stop at Honeyeater Lookout to savour a well-earned breakfast. Sit in silent splendour as the sun casts its early morning rays over the town below and out across the Whitsunday Islands. After you’ve done your best to capture the magic in photographs, you’ll start the descent back down the hill. The perfect start to your day completed in style!

Rainforests and Waterfalls

Rainforests and Waterfalls

This tour will take you on a drive out of Airlie Beach - deeper in to National Park to start your walk.

As you venture in to the ancient tropical rainforest, they’ll take the Kingfisher Circuit, keeping an eye out for Paradise Kingfishers flying beneath the forest canopy.

A wide, slightly downhill track will then take you down through the rainforest before veering off towards Wompoo Way - a tranquil clearing with beautiful creek and the chance of spotting a Wompoo Fruit Dove or Ulysses Butterfly - the perfect spot for a picnic lunch! After taking a moment to rest and truly appreciate this magical place, it’s an uphill walk to complete the circuit.

Within just a short drive you'll find yourself at Cedar Creek Falls; nature’s perfect backdrop for an afternoon perched on a rock watching turtles, looking for that perfect angle to capture the waterfall on camera or enjoying a refreshing, invigorating swim beneath the waterfall.*

*the amount of water flowing at the waterfall is heavily dependant on the season. Please be prepared for no water to be falling throughout dry season. There is however, always water at the base for swimming and visits from friendly turtles.
