Close your eyes and take in the sounds around you . . . hear the sounds of engines whirring, the clatter of horses hooves, the hammering of tools as metal is shaped and formed, the commands from a master as he works his dogs and the movement of old wheels in motion.

Now open your eyes and be transported back in time to an era since past. . . take in the sights of the Eighth Queensland Heritage Rally and take a walk down memory lane over three exciting days jam-packed with demonstrations and events, displays of traditional crafts and trades and live entertainment.

Explore, discover and relive the past or take part in one of the "hands-on" workshops on offer. Alternatively, seek out and find a bargain, or perhaps a treasure amongst the market, trade and swap meet sites on the grounds.

And, when you're needing a break from all of the excitement, sample some local fare at that catering outlets on site . They're sure that there will be a character or two who will be only too happy to have a yarn and a cuppa too!!

So, come on, make history happen in Biloela, Central Queensland!

Eungella Dam

A little over a one hour drive from Mackay, travel through the picturesque Pioneer Valley and climb the mountain range to Eungella township.

Pinnacle is situated in the Pioneer Valley and is approximately 64 kilometres west of Mackay city. A relatively new addition to the Pinnacle area is Teemburra Dam, constructed to facilitate much needed irrigation to the local sugar cane farms.
