Yarraman Caravan Park is within walking distance of the friendly Queensland country township of Yarraman and is an excellent base to take in the local attractions of the South Burnett, including the Bunya Mountains and Palms National Parks, Wineries and the Kingaroy Astronomical Observatory.

Guests can bushwalk from the caravan park along a network of marked forest trails through state forests and bushland. Yarraman is the rail head for the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail which is suitable for walking/mountain bikes/horses.

Yarraman and the South Burnett offer visitors a wealth of attractions including historical sites and museums, and wineries, bird watching, fishing, gold fossicking, four wheel driving and trail and mountain bike riding.

The caravan park is set amid a range of flower gardens, palms and native trees, on high ground away from the noise of the highway, and has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.

Yarraman Caravan Park features a swimming pool, free barbecues, playground, camp kitchen, campfire area, LPG refilling and kiosk. Drive-through caravan sites are also available. Clean and comfortable cabins are available for overnight or longer term.

Group discounts are available and they have a club/function room for group use.

Camp sites are unpowered or powered for an extra charge of AUD4.00 per night. Camp kitchen and camp fire available.

Regular Cabin

Self contained cabin with double bed in separate room and single sofa bed in living room. Reverse cycle air conditioning with ensuite and colour television. Linen and blankets not included in base rate but available for hire.

Family Cabins

Self contained family cabin with double bed, double bunks and sofa bed in the same room as the kitchen, dining table and television. Separate room for ensuite. The cabin has reverse cycle air conditioning and a colour television. Linen and blankets not included in base rate but available for hire.

Mini Cabin

The Mini Cabin is a small motel style room with cooking facilities including a microwave, electric fry- pan, toaster and kettle. The Mini-Cabin also has an ensuite, reverse cycle air conditioning, colour television and double bed. Linen and blankets are not included in rate but are available for hire.

Powered Ensuite Site

Toilet and shower with vanity unit on your caravan or tent site for your private use. Many ensuite sites are drive through and caravans can stay hooked up. Selected sites have television cable connection points.

Historic Ambulance Centre

The Historic Ambulance Centre, located in Charters Towers, dates back to 1903 and was restored and reopened to the public 100 years from its first opening.
