The Cottage at The Sanctuary Springbrook is located on Springbrook Mountain in the Gold Coast hinterland. The World Heritage Listed Springbrook National Park is an eco-tourism wonderland and world-famous for its rainforests, unique environment and ancient volcanic landscapes.

The Cottage is self-contained and provides the perfect address for couples to explore and experience the majesty of the rainforest, walking tracks and waterfall lookouts. Often their guests take the opportunity to mix the tranquility of the rainforest with a short drive to one of the famous local beaches and the numerous exciting attractions of the Gold Coast! Some also visit nearby locations including Natural Arch, Mount Tambourine, Canungra, Scenic Rim, Byron Bay, Uki, Woolumun (Mount Warning), and the many original rural villages of this delightful region. However, all of their guests just love to sit and relax on the Cottage verandahs which overlook award winning-gardens, to watch the native birds and in the evening listen to the chorus of wildlife in the creek.

From two thousand year old Arctic Beeches to shiny Pacific surfing beaches, from wilderness to wineries to whale watching; the choice is yours! They are a great 'base' to so many amazing places.

Gardners Falls

Leave your vehicle in the car park on the banks of the Obi Obi Creek and take a short, level walk downstream to Gardners Falls.  You’ll pass a number of shallow rock pools which are ideal for smaller children who just want to splash about.
