Paluma Push 2020

Townsville's iconic Mountain Bike event is an individual challenge as well as a great social ride. Riders start in the dreamy Paluma Village following a course that winds its way through lush World Heritage Rainforest, past the Paluma Dam, down into shady big timber and open cattle country and finishes at the historic tin mining settlement of Hidden Valley.

Join them for a dinner under the stars at their Adventure Centre in Paluma. They are getting together for a social night before their last trail run event (Paluma Trail Run) in 2020 the next morning. DUE TO THE COVID-19 CRISIS, THIS EVENT WILL NOT TAKE PLACE IN 2020. IT HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO APRIL 2021 WITH THE YET TO BE CONFIRMED DATE OF APRIL 7TH TO THE 13TH. A once in a lifetime event! Over 70 Veteran 1 and 2 Cylinder cars (all over 100 years old)and motorbikes will descend on Charleville for the week and you are welcome to see them at the racecourse each morning (except Sunday) from 10am to 11am.

CT 4x4 Club Come and Try Day allows novice and experienced drivers an area to test their vehicles in a range of terrain including soft sand and rocky outcrops, with the surety of having experienced Four Wheel Drive Queensland members on-hand to assist and guide where required or just for recovery.
