Gladstone Backpackers is an owner run hostel located midway between Rainbow Beach/Hervey Bay and Airlie Beach which prides itself on its cleanliness and friendliness. All of the rooms have crisp clean white sheets with towels provided, free WiFi, and they wish each and every visitor to feel at home.

There's a cool bar area that backs onto the pool surrounded by lush green grass and palms, with pool table, fuse ball, wood fired pizza oven, and fire pit. The deck has water views and looks into the center of town.

Enjoy free tea and coffee, pick up and drop off from the bus, train and marina, barbecue facilities, and luggage storage. It is located within a five-minute walk to the town centre, including nightclubs, cafés, museum, library, university, marina and information centre.

Our Rooms

This is one bed in a shared room with a maximum capacity of two people. The room has fans and cupboard space. Linen and a towel is included.

These large rooms contain a double bed with a single bunk above and a set of single bunks and can sleep up to five people. These rooms can also booked as a private room and are great for families. All rooms have cupboards and fans.
