Childers Ecolodge offers unique affordable accommodation in a country setting, with beautiful bushwalks, birdlife, farm animals, campfire, and wildlife on-site.

Choose from furnished double Eco-tents, some with ensuite, or quad rooms with share facilities, and make use of the shared kitchen and games rooms. Set on 28 acres all rooms have views over the bush and open onto a patio. Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, sit in a hammock by the waterhole, toast marshmallows on the campfire or go for a bushwalk.

Excursions and day trips are organised around the local area including Wine Tours, Lady Elliot or Lady Musgrave reef day trips, wildlife parks, bushwalking, mountain biking, national parks, heritage Childers town, a gourmet ice-cream factory, and unique museums. Easy access to white sandy beaches as well as the attractions of nearby Bundaberg and Hervey Bay including Lady Elliot Island and Lady Musgrave Island.

You will enjoy the beautiful clean facilities, service and a friendly welcome from your hosts who have travelled and worked in tourism. They aim to create a home-style feel for anyone after an affordable country experience holiday just four hours north of Brisbane, Queensland.
