For the full Tangalooma experience, kick things up a gear on the ‘Premium Dolphin Feeding Day Cruise’. Spend the day exploring Moreton Island on your choice of land or water based tour before joining our local Eco Rangers at dusk to hand feed a member of the wild dolphin family. This experience is undoubtedly the highlight of any visit to Tangalooma. And be sure to smile, as our photographers are there to capture your perfect day out!

Whale Watch Cruises

Beach Day Cruise

Looking to escape for a day out at the beach? Then look no further than Tangalooma’s Beach Day Cruise. Forget the traffic and enjoy a leisurely catamaran cruise across Moreton Bay Marine Park. Pull up on the shores of Tangalooma to enjoy the island lifestyle at your own pace. Relax beach side or jam pack it with activities. With lunch included on every day trip at Tangalooma, your transition into cruise mode will become more than a one-off occurrence.

The Beach Day Cruise includes return catamaran transfers from Holt Street Wharf - Brisbane, lunch vouchers in the value of AUD20 per adult and AUD15 per child, 'Discover the World of Dolphins’ Presentation from Tangalooma Eco Rangers, up to seven hours at the resort to partake in selected free land-based activities, and full use of resort amenities and facilities, including two swimming pools, restaurants and bars.

Dolphin Viewing Day Cruise

You won’t want to miss the chance to see our family of wild dolphins as they grace the shores of Tangalooma Island Resort for their nightly feed. Since 1992, the family of wild dolphins have stolen the show at Tangalooma, and from the vantage point of the purpose built jetty you can stick around a little longer to witness the arrival of wild dolphins up close and in their natural habitat. With a name like Barracuda Bommie you would expect to see barracuda at this dive site, and fortunately it rarely disappoints. Located on the Agincourt Reefs, off Port Douglas, Barracuda Bommie is a giant pinnacle of coral that rises from the sandy sea floor at 26 metres.

The Point Dive Site

The Point is a dive site on Agincourt Reef No.4, off Port Douglas, that both divers and snorkelers will love. For the snorkeler or the inexperienced diver there are fabulous coral gardens in the shallow lagoon, in depths from 1 metre to 8 metres.
