Wild Lime Cooking School

Darlington, Scenic Rim Area

Wild Lime Cooking School uses wild bush food in fusion with Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. A two hour hands on class is followed by lunch with local wines. The venue is Worendo Cottages situated 90 minutes from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast at the wilderness end of Lamington National Park.

Public Classes are held monthly with private and corporate group bookings welcome at any time. Savour the flavours of wild Australia in a spectacularly scenic setting overlooked by the dramatic mountains of Lamington National Park-- cook with wild finger limes, lemon myrtle, warrigal greens, mints peppers, bush tomatoes and more, blended with exotic spices from far away. Let the food facilitate the sharing of the stories of its origins.
