Coochie Boat Hire

Coochiemudlo Island,

Indicative Rate * AU$90 to AU$260

Coochie Boat Hire is located on Coochiemudlo Island in Southern Moreton Bay, only 35 kilometres from Brisbane's Central Business District. A short ferry trip from Victoria Point in the Redlands gets you over to one of the smaller islands in the Bay.

Four kilometres of sandy beaches, and a western shore of mangrove forests, Coochiemudlo is a family friendly getaway with lots to discover on land and sea.

Have a fabulous outdoor adventure and book ahead for their self-drive Barbecue Boats and Fishing Tinnies - no boat license needed - available any day of the year!

Dip your line at the recommended fishing spots and encounter turtles, dolphins and even dugongs while you cruise around the island. See Coochiemudlo's rich bird life and enjoy the views of the natural shoreline. Different to the other bay islands, Coochiemudlo has no seafront properties and truly looks like from another time. Don't forget the camera!

On weekends and Queensland School Holidays, they also hire out Kayaks, Pedalboats, SUPs and the original Aussie Aqua Bikes on Main Beach near the playground and public barbecues.

For those preferring to explore Coochiemudlo's quiet streets by bike, they have a fleet of comfortable three-gear cruisers for hire.
