'The Dales' Boutique Bed and Breakfast offers private and personal guest accommodation. Set in two acres of relaxing grounds and gardens it provides uninterrupted views to Mt Cooran. 'The Dales' sits on the edge of the village of Cooran, in country Noosa.

'The Dales' accommodates one 'exclusive guest party' booking of up to four guests. This provides a haven for complete rest, relaxation and refreshment for couples, friends or family stays.

The private Guest Suite contains two bedrooms each with a Queen size bed, a lounge room, bathroom and separate wc. Experience exclusive use of the heated salt-water pool and alfresco lounge/dining area. The grounds, gardens and arbour with wood fire (for the cooler months) can also be enjoyed.

Continental/cooked breakfasts with menu options are included, incorporating home grown and local produce. Homemade bread, butter, jams, relishes and other prepared delights adorn your breakfast table. Homemade afternoon tea is provided. Additional meals may be prepared for guests who choose to dine-in.

'The Dales' is perfectly positioned for National Parks, lakes, trail networks, wildlife/bird watching, water/beach activities, country markets and cafes.

'The Dales' is within two hours drive of Brisbane and 45 minutes from Sunshine Coast airport.

Guest Suite

The Guest Suite provides you with privacy, affordable comfort and exclusivity accessed through a private entry. The suite has a master and second bedroom, each with a Queens size bed and walk-in robe, a lounge room, bathroom with shower and bath; and separate water closet. It also has an adjoining alfresco lounge and dining area. The Guest Suite also comes with undercover parking space.

In the lounge room there is a refrigerator, together with coffee and tea making facilities, extendable dining table for two, television and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and games. Paintings by local artists enhance the decor.

They provide only quality bed linen and bathroom accessories. Luxury bathrobes are provided in the master bedroom. A wall mounted television is also located in the master bedroom.

Their selection of natural and eco-friendly bathroom amenities includes shampoo, conditioner and bodywash and is provided with their compliments. A hairdyer is also provided.

The Guest Suite has beautiful views out to the pool area, gardens and mountain. Just beyond, guests will enjoy the changing hues of the sun as it sets behind majestic Mt Cooran - best experienced in the comfort of the arbour by the glowing woodfire.
