Located right at Point Lookout, the three level beach house features a large "Queenslander" style wrap round verandah together with an easily accessible top floor deck boasting a magnificent easterly ocean view. Two Queens bedrooms and one single on the upper level, and up to six singles on the lower level.

Middle level features polished floor boards, granite bench top kitchen with new electrical appliances and lounge room furniture. Two separate living areas, Foxtel IQ, Wi-Fi in both as well as a 50 inch high definition television.

The house is pet friendly and has a small secure fenced area.

The middle level features stunning polished, wooden floors, a granite bench top and a fully equipped kitchen with new electrical appliances and an open plan lounge room.
