Want to learn or enhance your Fly Casting skills? For beginners and professionals Gavin is a Federation of Fly Fishers Certified Casting Instructor who can be booked for one on one sessions. Gavin also teaches Saltwater Fly Tying lessons and runs small monthly Saltwater Fly fishing beginners' schools here at Budinna.

Tie'n'Fly  Flyfishery Guiding Programme

Learn how to Saltwater Fly fish on the beautiful rivers and estuary's of the Famous Sunshine Coast. It's a lot of fun for the whole family.

For the experience Flyfisher there are a lot of opportunities to cast flies into washes around headlands catching Tailor, Trevally and Reef Fish all year round. The summer time is time for some of the best Saltwater Flyfishing in the world with Marlin, five species of Tuna, three species of Mackeral and two species of Trevally to cast a fly to and all very close to the beach.

Learn from Gavin Platz who has been fishing this area for over 45years.
You can bring your own favourite Saltwater Fly Gear or you can decide to use theirs.
