Don Juan with Karin Schaupp and Tama Matheson

Noosa Heads, Noosa Area

A tale of fiery romance, passion and intrigue.

Fall under the seductive spell of Don Juan and his equally charismatic creator – Lord Byron.

In a refreshing take on the classic tale, acclaimed actor and director Tama Matheson and internationally renowned guitarist Karin Schaupp weave the epic poem of Don Juan, with extracts of the author’s own life and the evocative solo guitar music of Turina, Pujol, Tárrega and more into a unique theatrical event. The performance scintillates with the romance, passion, humour and intrigue of one of the greatest adventure stories ever told.

This unique 90-minute show combines poetry, drama, music and a good dose of humour in a highly original way, appealing equally to theatre audiences, literature buffs and concert-goers.
