They have a fully self contained large kitchen, separate laundry, spacious lounge/dining area with a large balcony. All apartments have air conditioning, river and city views, secure lift access to all floors, secure undercover parking (free), salt water pool, full size tennis court, barbecue, dial up internet and wireless internet (charges apply), cable television, seven day reception, three minute walk to Wesley Hospital, transport nearby including City Cat ferry, train, and bus at door. Close to University of Queensland and only five minutes from the central business district. All apartments are strictly non smoking and are approximately 112 square metres in size.
