Situated overlooking the headwaters of the Condamine River, delight your senses and your tastebuds with contemporary Australian Cuisine from their award winning Chef. They are proud to support their local Southern Downs Farmers and Producers, by using as much local produce as they can, including the famous Killarney beef and lamb.

Indulge yourself in one of three fully self-contained 'escape' cottages. Take in the fresh air and wonderful views that can only be found one kilometre above sea level. Enjoy a log fire - winter or summer! A gourmet breakfast is included in the tariff. The restaurant is open for evening meals for all in-house guests.

A true Bird Watchers paradise, many different varieties of birds can be viewed through the windows of your cottage. The elusive Albert Lyre Bird may be seen scratching through the leaf litter on the sides of the road in the local forest.

Fully guided tours of Cambanoora Gorge can be arranged

Tangalooma Dolphin Feeding

Moreton Bay is home to approximately 600 bottlenose dolphins and each evening as the sun begins to set across the water, a small pod makes their way to the shores of Tangalooma Island Resort. Since 1992, resort guests have had the opportunity to hand feed the dolphins as part of the Tangalooma wild dolphin feeding program.

Curtain Artificial Reef Dive Site

Curtin Artificial Reef is a popular dive site in Moreton Bay and is easily accessible from Brisbane. Since 1968, the Underwater Research Group of Queensland has been sinking large vessels, cars, tires and pontoons at this site to create a haven for the local tropical fish, gropers, trevally, abundant wobbegongs, rays and other schooling fish.
