The Blue Door on 5th offers a casual fine dining experience in a modest space of only 32 seats; the intimate dining room allows guests to experience locally sourced, foraged and grown ingredients in a relaxed and carefully considered setting.
It is all about creating an experience for it’s customers through its suppliers and team. In preparation for the menu owner and Head Chef Dylan Cashman spends a lot of time visiting suppliers and farms, in order to find the best produce the region has to offer.
Dylan respectfully crafted local, fresh and sustainable sourced produce. Dylan aims to preserve the purity of the ingredients whilst adding complexity using skills he has gained through his years of cooking. No dish is complete without a beverage; the menu is accompanied by a stellar wine and beverage list. The front of house team are set to provide educated, approachable and seamless service to their 32 valued guests every service.
The team around the Head Chef is dedicated in creating a very special experience for all customers following Dylan’s belief that dining out should not just be eating but an experience to remember.
