Sandstone Park Carnarvon Gorge is the ultimate destination to rejuvenate the soul.

Sandstone Park is known for its stunning 360 degree views, we offer every level of experience and accommodation, with campsites, guesthouse, helicopter flights, guided tours and event venue, Sandstone Park, situated on the tip of our 43'000 acre organic cattle station, gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in one of Queenslands last relatively unknown spectacular destinations.

Located on the doorstep to Carnarvon Gorge, a luscious oasis hidden in the rugged ranges of The Great Dividing Range. The white sandstone cliff faces form a spectacular gorge with interesting and ever changing side gorges, each with their own story to tell. The cultural and natural heritage that Carnarvon Gorge offers is second to none.

Only a days drive from just about anywhere in Southern Queensland we border two of the most iconic destinations in Queensland, the Southern Great Barrier Reef and the Outback.

They are located 250 kilometres from Roma and Emerald, 400 kilometres from Rockhampton and 800 kilometres from Brisbane. Both Roma and Emerald have airports. The scenic drive into Carnarvon Gorge is sealed.

Sandstone Park is open seasonally from Easter to September School Holidays.
