Waves Buffet Restaurant

Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast Area

Price Range * Dinner over $30 (AUD)

At Waves they like to keep their dishes fresh and dynamic, full of colour and bursting with flavour. The best way to do that, according to the Executive Chef, is to harness dining inspiration from the seasons - summer, autumn, winter and spring. Their culinary experts dig deep and source locally farmed seasonal produce that not only reflect the quality offerings they have in their own backyard but also keep their delicious creations fresh and flavoursome daily.

Waves' signature buffet restaurant offers a fresh local seafood buffet accompanied by a selection of season themed international dishes inspired by the exotic flavours of Asia, India and the Mediterranean. The menu features chef's choice dishes catering to those with a more discernible palate, and a decadent dessert bar will fix the cravings of even the fussiest of sweet tooths!

The daily Waves buffet breakfast offers healthy options of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, wholemeal toast and juices; alongside the hearty hot buffet of eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, pastries and other tasty options. Unlimited tea and coffee is also included.
