Our Rooms

Air conditioned ensuite cabins include reverse cycle air conditioning, cooking facilities, microwave, television, double bed with linen supplied to double bed. Sleeps three.

Standard Cabins (no ensuite) include a double bed, two single beds, cooking facilities, television and fan. You supply your own linen, blankets (sleeping bags), towels and pillows.

Branyan

Branyan is a rural/residential district on the Bundaberg-Childers Road, seven kilometres south-west of central Bundaberg. It is also on the Burnett River, and has flat to undulating landscape. Branyan is well renowned by locals and visitors alike for it's Sandy Hook recreational precinct where the Australian Grand Prix speedboats converge annually in November and where locals and visitors alike participate in a variety of watersports on the river.

Hummock Lookout

Situated off the road to Bargara is the low-lying volcanic remnant known as "The Hummock" which, although only 96 metres above sea-level, offers visitors good views over the whole area. The ocean is visible to the east while, to the west, the sugar fields can be seen encircling the city with the smoke stacks of the Bundaberg Distillery and Mill on the horizon.

Cochrane Artificial Reef Dive Site

The Cochrane Artificial Reef in the Woongarra Marine Park, is like something straight out of a movie. Just a short boat trip from shore, you'll find the impressive 50 metre 'Ceratodus II' and the 40 metre long 'Porteur' surrounded by two Mohawk aircraft and a Kingair aircraft, two lightships, and a criss-cross of concrete modules, pipes and other structures all taken over by coral and sea life.
