Walk out your own private secure beach front gate and onto Surfers Paradise beach. Wow it's amazing! 100 metres north is Northcliffe Surf Club and their patrolled swim/surf area. Take a leisurely 10 minute walk north to Cavill Avenue and you are in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Walk 15 minutes south and you are at trendy Broadbeach with a great selection of restaurants, Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the Gold Coast Entertainment and Events Centre. They are close to all transportation with direct pick up and drop off for airport transfers, taxis, tours and other activities.

These apartments cater for up to 6 people or a 7th person on a rollaway, they are in the same position and are the same size as the higher quality apartments and offer families the opportunity of a large beach front holiday apartment at a more affordable rate.

This park protects a small area of an endangered type of forest, called mabi forest, the local Aborignal (Ngadjon) word for the Lumholtz's tree-kangaroo. The large fig tree found in this park is unique because the extensive aerial roots, that drop 15 metres to the forest floor, have formed a 'curtain'.
