With the central business district, Returned Services League (RSL) Club, shops and restaurants only 200 metres behind the motel, it makes for a great stay. There is also a water park approximately 300 metres up the road. Its quiet location opposite a safe beach with playgrounds in the area make it popular with families.

Lions Park - Nanango
