Sunshine Coast or Brisbane Airport - International and Domestic terminals

The Sunshine Coast Airport is located a 30 minutes' drive between Noosa and Caloundra. It services domestic flights from a number of airline providers every week. Brisbane Airport is also a domestic and the main international gateway to the region. There are a number of ways to get to where you need to go. Henry’s Airporter and Con-X-ion both operate shuttle services throughout the Sunshine Coast Region. The public bus travels from the Airport to Noosa Heads in the north and Mooloolaba in the south with frequent stops. Or, you can catch a Taxi, organise a private transfer or hire a rental car.

How to get around the Sunshine Coast

Public Transport: Buses & Trains

Sunshine Coast's Sun Buses and trains to Brisbane are run through Translink. Tickets and journeys can be explored further through their website.

Sunshine Coast boosts plenty of walkways and bikeways whether it’s your mode of transport or a way to see the sights. Opposite the beach you'll find The Coastal Pathway running from Pelican Waters in the south to Tewantin in the north. Hike a bike or lace up your walking shoes to star exploring.

A trip to the Sunshine Coast is not complete without a walk along the best natural walkway on offer - the beach. Stretching the entire length of the Sunshine Coast, there's 65km of pristine beach to be enjoyed.

On the water

Explore the Sunshine Coast's aquatic playground with beaches, canals and surrounding islands like no other. Take to the water via boat or through a range of hiring options to suit your needs.

Road tripping

The best way to explore the lush hinterland and pristine coastline is to hit the open road for a day trip. Hiring a car would be your best option alternatively, there are day trips that can be organised by your hotel.
