Ingham Autofest

Autofest Performance Car Festivals are pleased to announce the addition of an All New Autofest event that will taking place in Far North Queensland from July 20 to 22 2018.

To be known as the Ingham Autofest and to be held at the Ingham Showground each year from mid 2018 the Autofest Crew look forward to working together with local clubs as well as other events already running in Far North Queensland and they are sure that this exciting new event for their region will also compliment their events as well.

Autofest is open to everything automotive from Cars, Trucks, Bikes in fact anything that has wheels is welcomed to join in on all the fun and with the theme of a Family Friendly Festival.

Autofest events include, Go To Whoa, Spear A Spud, Dyno Shootout, Show N Shine, Autokana and everyone's favourite, the Mighty Burnout Comp.

More details will be released over the coming weeks and Entrant Forms will be posted up at their website.

Maureens Cove, Hook Island

Situated on the northern side of Hook Island, Maureen's Cove is a popular anchorage with sailors and divers alike. There are two dive sites at Maureen's Cove. At the back of the cove, on the western side of the beach is a series of bommies starting at 12 - 15 metres and rising to within three metres of the surface, parallel to the shoreline.
