The beachside Sands Beach House has free wi-fi and local phone calls, linen and weekly cleaning. It also has a private hot outdoor shower, two indoor bathrooms and three bedrooms. The bedding configuration is one Queen room (air-conditioned), one Queen room (with fan) and two King singles - can form a king bed (with fan).

Other facilities include a gourmet kitchen with lots of serving trays/bowls, laundry tub, washer, dryer, clothes line, 42 inch flat screen television, barbecue and outdoor entertaining with ceiling fan, herb/edible garden, secure parking for one vehicle, magazines and books and, being built in 2011, it has a modern design and fittings.
