"Green Trees" has just been beautifully renovated and made available as a holiday rental for the first time and suits a large family or perhaps two families.

Located right at Point Lookout, the three level beach house features a large "Queenslander" style wrap round verandah together with an easily accessible top floor deck boasting a magnificent easterly ocean view. Two Queens bedrooms and one single on the upper level, and up to six singles on the lower level. Middle level features polished floor boards, granite bench top kitchen with new electrical appliances and lounge room furniture. Two separate living areas, Foxtel IQ in both as well as a 50 inch high definition television.

The house is pet friendly and has a small secure fenced area.

Green Trees Beach House

This three level "Queenslander" features a wrap around verandah, coupled with an easily accessible top floor deck boasting a stunning easterly ocean view. Featuring two queen bedrooms and one single on the upper most level and up to six singles on the ground floor, Green Trees can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. The middle level features stunning polished, wooden floors, a granite bench top and a fully equipped kitchen with new electrical appliances and an open plan lounge room. Green Trees also features two additional, separated living areas both equipped with Foxtel IQ and a 50 inch high definition television.

Wallumbilla is situated five hours travel from Brisbane, just east of Roma and has a population of approximately 320 residents. If you stop for freshly baked scones with jam and cream at Wallumbilla's Calico Cottage and Visitor Information Centre, you're sure to meet a local who will happily give you the rundown on what to see and do in town.
