Warwick's only Bed and Breakfast to include Dinner, Bed and Breakfast in the tariff. Grafton Rose is nestled in the heart of Warwick township, only one block from the main street. This gracious Queenslander style home has been restored to its former glory and provides a perfect setting for guests to enjoy its comforts.

Surrounded by an abundant, well-loved garden and wrap around verandas you can sit and relax. The back deck has outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. Cosy, charming bedrooms, decorated to the era await you. Join them for a two course dinner and a cooked or continental breakfast. Families are most welcome and we are also small outdoor dog friendly.

Our Rooms

Grafton Rose is a Federation style home built in 1902 - there are three rooms available for use by guests - the front room has an ensuite and a queen size bed - the middle room has two king single beds and the back room has a queen size bed - the middle and back rooms share a bath room - the house is reverse cycle air conditioned and also has a fire place for the winter months.
