The Cardwell Beachfront Motel is exactly that - a motel right on the beachfront in the centre of the Cardwell. Guests have the choice of motel rooms or self-contained apartments, all with expansive ocean views from the common verandahs.

Cardwell is a historic seaside town (152 years old) on the Bruce Highway half-way between Cairns and Townsville. It is famous for fishing, relaxed lifestyle and gateway to the Thorsborne Trail on Hinchinbrook Island. In 2011, Cyclone Yasi devastated the town, but after a 30 million dollar makeover, Cardwell now boasts a 4.5 kilometre informative waterfront walkway, new playgrounds, and a outdoor community amphitheatre - all with a view to Hinchinbrook and nearby islands that stops traffic!

The friendly Cardwell Beachfront Motel oozes character, with one strict rule: "if you want something, please ask". The rates are very competitive, and all of the motel rooms and apartments have been recently renovated. Guests can enjoy the modern, in-ground swimming pool looking out to the Coral Sea, as well as free WiFi, ample parking (including boats) and complimentary laundry facilities.

Staying at the Cardwell Beachfront Motel is an experience that you will want to repeat over and over!
