Full terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering the promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.  

2. Participants must be an existing subscriber to Tourism and Events Queensland’s enewsletter, who currently reside in Australia and have an incomplete subscriber profile.   

3. You will be entered into the promotion by visiting https://t.e.queensland.com/lp/preferenceCentre and completing the missing subscriber information.  The promotion will open at 9.00am (Queensland time) on 24 June 2025 and close at 5.00pm (Queensland time) on 1 July 2025.

4. Eligible participants will go into a random draw to win 2 x General Admission tickets only to Kita Alexander live in concert on 12th July 2025, at The Princess Theatre QLD. There are a total of 2 x double passes, 4 tickets in total to be won. 

5. The winner will be randomly selected by Tourism and Events Queensland on Tuesday 1 July2025 at 515 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, 4006.  The winner will be notified by email on 7 July 2025 and must respond and accept the prize within 3 days.  If a prize is not claimed within 3 days of the draw, a re-draw for the unclaimed prize will be conducted.

6. Any transfer costs to attend the event must be arranged and paid for by the winner. 

7. This prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 

8. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

9. By entering the promotion, participants accept that the Promoter may use their name and likeness for their promotional and publicity purposes without the payment of any fee. Participants accept that the Promoter will be capturing personal information to administer the promotion. 

10. Tourism and Events Queensland’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  Each participant releases and indemnifies Tourism and Events Queensland against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of a prize or participation in the promotion.
