When paying for your stay, 10%* of the total cost will be reimbursed by Booking.com to your Booking.com account as Wallet Credit (excluding taxes and other fees and charges) 64 days after completing your stay.
You can redeem your Travel Credit to book accommodation, attractions, car hire or airport taxis when you book though your Genius Account (Rewards & Wallet section).

Bookings made and paid through the Booking.com app or directly on Booking.com website and not through the TEQ partnership link are not eligible for the Travel Credit.
The email on the traveller’s account must be the same used for your booking. You can create your account after you’ve made your booking.
Your Travel Credit will be awarded by Booking.com. The Travel Wallet will be credited to your Booking.com account up to 64 business days after the completion of your stay in the accommodation. Allow additional 3 days for processing.
Cancelled and “no show” bookings are not eligible for this offer.
Bookings made directly on Booking.com website or directly on Booking.com pre-installed app or via another loyalty program are not eligible.
Taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, tourist tax and city tax), and other fees and charges (service charges, food and beverage, room service, etc.) may not be taken into account for the calculation of the final Travel Credit. The exchange rate at the time of payment will also affect the final amount of Travel Credit.
Travelers need to have a Booking.com Genius account to receive your credit.
The offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price, unless otherwise stated.
Travel Credit is not redeemable for cash and can be used to pay for the travel-related services, including other accommodation, attractions, car hire and airport taxis available on Booking.com. These are accessible on your Booking.com Genius Account level in the section Rewards & Wallet. Wallet Credits can only be redeemed for properties that accept Booking Wallet payments.
Bookings paid for with previously earned Wallet Credit may not be eligible to earn additional credit.
Travel Credits have a 24-month expiration period as determined by Booking.com. Different expiration periods can be applied to different credits. The expiration date of each credit is displayed in the user Account setting section of www.Booking.com.
All conditions must be met at the time of the booking. No retroactive claims will be processed.
Maximum Credit amount per booking is AUD332, not per customer.
