Paddletrek Kayak Adventures offer guided sea kayaking tours from Cape Tribulation, along the spectacular Daintree Coast. Sea kayaking is the ultimate way to explore the region's tropical beaches, fringing reefs and mangroves. Enjoy amazing views of the Daintree coast. Learn about this unique environment. Get close to nature and spot sea turtles, sea eagles, dolphins, dugong and stingrays. Join them for a truly memorable holiday adventure!

Paddletrek offers morning and afternoon tours around Cape Tribulation Bay daily, and a day trip to uninhabited Snapper Island, just south of Cape Tribulation as well. Their half day tours require no previous experience. Tuition and all equipment is provided by their friendly and knowledgeable guides. Sturdy double and single, sit on top kayaks are available, and children age six and upward are welcome to join their parents. The Snapper Island trip requires a good level of fitness an some kayaking experience is perferrable.

Morning Adventure Paddle

During this morning kayak tour you paddle along the beautiful Daintree coastline, where the rainforest meets the reef. Board your kayak and explore this unique environment of tropical beaches, mangroves, reefs and marine wildlife. Your local experienced guide will be able to tell you all about this special place and has a great eye for spotting turtles, dolphins, stingray, dugong and other wildlife. Snapper Island Tour

Board your kayak at Cape Kimberley beach, south of Cape Tribulation, and set off for a two kilometre paddle towards Snapper Island. Spend your day exploring the island from the water and on land. Glide over coral reefs, spot marine wildlife such as turtles, eagles, fish and more and learn some island history.

A delicious picnic lunch will be served on one of the island's remote beaches. And, if the wind is right, you can pop up your sails and sail back to the Daintree coast, enjoying the majestic views.

Kayak fishing is also optional at extra cost.

Please note a moderate level of fitness is required for this tour.
