You benefit from the industry's best trained and qualified staff. Seven of the 11 person crew are dive masters or instructors.

The three night 'Fly Dive Cod Hole' expedition departs Cairns every Monday and offers prime Ribbon Reef dive sites which suit every type of diver. The four night 'Fly Dive Coral Sea' expedition departs Cairns every Thursday and is geared towards the more adventurous diver and offers great diving in the remote Coral Sea. Both departures include a spectacular low-level reef flight just 180 metres above the Great Barrier Reef. The seven night 'Coral Sea Safari' expedition provides a combination of both three and four night expeditions and offers you the best Great Barrier Reef and Coral Sea diving with no repeat dive sites except the world famous Cod Hole.

Fly Dive Coral Sea

Get spoilt onboard Spoilsport, a custom designed twin hulled liveaboard with spacious sundeck, al fresco deck, saloon and large fully equipped dive deck. Begin your adventure by swimming with diver size fish at the Cod Hole. Overnight you venture 75 miles beyond the Great Barrier Reef to the crystal clear waters and plummeting walls in the Coral Sea. The 'Amphitheatre' is a spectacular big fish and shark dive. Enjoy the luxurious motor yacht atmosphere and the attentive crew topped off by a spectacular low-level reef flight from Lizard Island to Cairns. Experience needed: Advanced divers comfortable on deep walls in the remote Coral Sea.

Fly Dive Cod Hole

You start with an incredible 250 kilometre low level scenic reef flight to Lizard Island, gliding just above the reefs you'll be diving. Soon you are swimming with diver size fish at the Cod Hole before exploring the exquisite Ribbon Reef sites north of Cooktown. Here you see the best concentrations of pristine corals, colourful tropical fish and fantastic Minke whale encounters in June/July. Enjoy comfortable cruising within sheltered waters aboard Spoilsport where space, comfort and stability are unmatched. Suitable for: novices to advanced divers, mad keen photographers and snorkellers.

Coral Sea Safari

All diving is conducted 100 miles north of Cooktown at the sites most likely to encounter big fish action, reef sharks, whaler sharks and hammerheads as well as manta rays and minke whale (June/July). You begin by swimming with diver size fish at the world famous Cod Hole. Overnight you venture out to the crystal clear waters and plummeting walls in the Coral Sea. Witness the exciting shark feed, you can photograph these sleek high order predators at close-range or not so close! The second half of this expedition is within the sheltered waters of the Great Barrier Reef. Here, you see the best concentrations of pristine corals, colourful tropical fish and rare critters.

Art Gallery, The

Be ready to be awed by what awaits you on this walk in Carnarvon Gorge National Park, as The Art Gallery contains some of the finest Aboriginal rock art in Australia. Just 5.6 kilometres from the trailhead, at the junction of Kamoloo Creek, a signposted access track leaves the main walking trail upstream of crossing number 10, providing a gentle climb to the escarpment base where the site is located.

Minerva Hills National Park

Mount Fox

Located south-west of Ingham, Mount Fox was created by a violent volcanic explosion about 100000 years ago. In the explosion, a lava flow 10 metres thick spewed from the southern end of the crater and chunks of molten magma were thrown out of the volcano's vent.

Pinnacles, The

For Four Wheel Drive enthusiasts, Coongarra Rock and Falls provide an opportunity to explore rocky outcrops, caves, rock pools and natural vegetation. It is possible to climb the rock but should only be attempted by fit and experienced bushwalkers.

Mount Beerwah

Glass House Mountains, Sunshine Coast Area
Mount Beerwah is the highest of the 10 volcanic plugs that make up the Glass House Mountains. It has two peaks, the taller of which is 556 metres high making it one of the most visually prominent mountains in south-east Queensland.

Butterfly Bay - Hook Island

A popular bareboat anchorage, Butterfly Bay is situated on the northern side of Hook Island. There are limited public moorings and snorkelling can be enjoyed along the bay edge or just off the beach. Offering coral outcrops with shallow walls, the bay is populated by many small, colourful reef fish species.
