For ecotourism seekers, the Country Charm™ Discovery Tour is an eco-certified, self-drive tour of the beautiful Scenic Rim region of South-East Queensland, part of one of Australia's exciting National Landscapes - the 'Green Cauldron'. The discovery tour can commence in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. The eco tour itinerary includes a variety of wonderful experiences featuring visits to national parks, with specialised interpretation of the flora, fauna and landscapes (including a vineyard tour), as well as a tour of a fascinating heritage site. High quality accommodation at award-winning, advanced ecotourism resorts (Mt Barney Lodge and Binna Burra Skye Lodge) and all meals are also included in one of two packages.

Details of the tour itinerary are included in supplied maps and 'easy to follow' navigation instructions for the entire journey. For travellers requiring a rental vehicle, special rates have been negotiated with Avis Australia. The assigned exclusive travel agency, Wye and James Travel Associates can also arrange all travel requirements to and from Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

Three or Four Day self-drive tour packages offer an exciting itinerary which links a variety of natural and cultural heritage experiences within world-heritage listed national parks, including quality accommodation and all meals at advanced ecotourism resorts. Gardners Falls

Leave your vehicle in the car park on the banks of the Obi Obi Creek and take a short, level walk downstream to Gardners Falls.  You’ll pass a number of shallow rock pools which are ideal for smaller children who just want to splash about.

Heart Reef

Millstream Falls National Park
