Adventure Moreton Island is an exciting tour operation, which offers one day or overnight activity packages, departing 20 minutes from the Brisbane International Airport. Their packages range from adrenaline pumping to water-based leisure. Leaving from Brisbane's Holt Street Wharf, Adventure Moreton Island operates out of Tangatours, which is located at the pristine Tangalooma Island Resort. This allows their guests to have full use of the resort facilities, along with their chosen package option. With its tranquil, clear blue waters and abundant marine life, Moreton Island is a must do adventure activity.

Introductory or Certified Scuba Dive of the Tangalooma Wrecks.

Includes all equipment and instruction required.

Whether you are an Introductory or Certified diver, Adventure Moreton Island has a dive to suit you! The Tangalooma Wrecks are Moreton Islands Premier dive location. With 15 purposely sunk ship wrecks, you are guaranteed a dive teeming with reef fish and corals that have formed on the wrecks since 1963. You can expect to see wobbegongs, trevally, kingfish, dugongs, sea turtles, yellowtail, dolphins, tuna and an abundance of tropical reef fish.

Plus unlimited use of the below activities:

With a name like Barracuda Bommie you would expect to see barracuda at this dive site, and fortunately it rarely disappoints. Located on the Agincourt Reefs, off Port Douglas, Barracuda Bommie is a giant pinnacle of coral that rises from the sandy sea floor at 26 metres.

Nursery Bommie Dive Site

One of the most impressive dive sites on the Agincourt Reefs, off Port Douglas, is a large pinnacle called Nursery Bommie. This column of coral rises from 2 metres to 25 metres and is decorated with sea whips, soft corals and gorgonians, but it is the fish life that will be most remembered.

Castle Rock Dive Site

Castle Rock is a tower of coral at the Agincourt Reefs, accessible from Port Douglas on a day trip. Rising from 25 metres to almost break the surface, Castle Rock is home to trevally, snappers, sweetlips, goatfish, fusiliers, surgeonfish and a very friendly Malabar groper called Colin.
