An obsession with creating perfect dumplings time and time again is the driving force behind Harajuku Gyoza in Fortitude Valley. This rather simple idea was conceived by Steven Minon and Matthew Bailey, two gyoza obsessives who approached Esquire Executive Chef, Ryan Squires to consult on their dream project. Harajuku Gyoza is a celebration of dumplings, beer and Japanese culture.
