Wineglass Water Tower

Hillcrest, Logan City Area

By night, you can enjoy the lights of the iconic Wineglass Water Tower for kilometres in either direction. By day, you can get much closer - visit the pretty park at its base and see just how tall this local landmark is up close. The tower itself holds a million litres of water and its bowl weighs 400 tonnes. It gets its name from its unusual shape (which is actually more like a cocktail glass than a wine glass).
