BIG4 Cania Gorge Holiday Park is situated in the centre of the beautiful Cania Gorge National Park, just five minutes by car to Lake Cania, built on 23 acres of carefully tended lawns and shaded by large numbers of Australian Native trees.

They offer a range of self-contained cabins, powered and un-powered sites; there are a number of camp kitchens throughout the park, providing tables and chairs, barbecue facilities, hot water for washing up and electrical source. Open fire places are provided within the park for warmth, atmosphere and camp cooking.

The Park offers meals on Friday, Saturday and Monday nights often with entertainment. Outdoor movies are shown on Saturday and Wednesday nights.

The Park also provides for your enjoyment a tennis court, three swimming pools, disc golf course, par three nine hole golf course, two jumping pillows and the latest addition is their Events Room catering for Corporate or Family functions.

Nearby Lake Cania offers excellent fishing with Australian Bass, Saratoga, Yellow Belly and Silver Perch being regularly caught. Water Skiing is also a popular pastime.

TAB, Bookies, Sky Channel, bar and canteen will be available on the day. The Thangool Race Club holds race days throughout the year, including their iconic, Thangool Cup in September. Biloela, the "Land of the White Cockatoo", will be abuzz with the sound of engines whirring, the clatter of horses hooves, the puffs of steam and smoke, as people from all over come to congregate and celebrate our nation's glorious past and the pioneering spirit of Australian's as the Callide Dawson Machinery Preservation Club Inc. hosts the Fifteenth Annual Old Wheels In Motion Rally on July 18 and 19, 2015. The event will see exhibitors from Queensland, and across our great land, come together to host a working rally showcasing the uniqueness of the many vintage machines and collectables on display. Demonstrations and events, like the vintage tractor pull, the tractor balancing competition and the traditional grand parade, amalgamate with displays of traditional crafts and trades to educate and entertain. So, come along, explore, discover and celebrate the past!
